SURPLUS PROPERTY
INVITATION TO BID
The Marion Board of Selectmen invites sealed bids for:
• One 1990 Boston Whaler, V hull, center console, LOA 18/6”, beam 7’2”,
63 gallon fuel tank
• One 2006 Evinrude E-TEC, 115 hp outboard motor, approximately
600 hours
• One 1989 Loadrite trailer
The above will be sold as a package, where is, as is.
Sealed bids marked “Surplus Work Boat” will be received at the Town Administrator’s office, Marion Town House, 2 Spring Street, Marion, MA 02738 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2009, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Prospective bidders may view the boat, motor and trailer by contacting Paul F. Dawson, Town Administrator, at 508.748.3550. The successful bidder will be required to sign a Certificate of Non-collusion.
The Town of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
